 Welcome to Titus 2 Men and Women! This web site is an integral part of New Hope Outreach, a not-for-profit organization started in 2001 to serve all individuals through teaching and mentoring. Our goal is to provide hope-filled Biblical answers and solutions to everyone God entrusts us to teach and serve.
We, the staff, authors and mentors of New Hope Outreach, are Biblicists: We seek diligently to grasp the meaning of Bible text as intended by the Author/Jehovah God. “For whatsoever things were written aforetime were written for our learning, that we through patience and comfort of the scriptures might have hope.”

New Hope Outreach operates with the desire to be pleasing to God in all we do and say. We strive to base all of our teaching and service to others upon the Word of God and the principles set forth in Scripture which teach healing of the spirit, mind and body, personal accountability, character, morality and responsible living with our fellow men. Titus chapter 2. Our organization has a deep empathy for child, spouse and church abuse victims and survivors and we have an intense scriptural desire to see proponents (by action and non action) and perpetrators held accountable and brought to justice. Romans 13:1; I Peter 2:13-15 “Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost.” Romans 15:13
Eternal Hope: If you cannot say you have the joy and peace of God, which rests in the knowledge a person is a child of God, we invite you to consider the great sacrifice Jesus Christ made on the cross to pay the penalty for your sins.
